I’ve been playing baseball since I was 4 and its gone by in the blink of an eye.
I attend Harborside Academy but since we’re a charter school I play ball for Bradford HS which is my home school.
Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to play various positions and have contributed to my teams as an infielder. I also feel I’m a strong pitcher that can be used as both a reliever and starter. I also realize how many good friends I’ve met and great coaches that have come into my life all because of baseball.
Over the last year I’ve found I have a huge, huge passion for lifting and my competitive nature has pushed me to grow bigger and stronger to add to my repertoire.
I want to pursue a higher education in business perhaps in architecture because I feel I’m strong in math. The opportunity to play ball beyond high school would be an amazing experience.
I work hard to push myself, strive to be a good teammate and continuously work to learn more about the game and my skills. I was nominated by my teachers this year and recently selected to serve as an EL Student Ambassador for the National Conference. I'm only 1 of 30 students nationwide. I'm grateful to lead with this opportunity.
Thank you for your consideration.
