Hi, my name is Kaylyn. I am a 16 year old Junior at Bradford High School in Kenosha, WI. I have been playing volleyball for seven years and it's kind of all I think about and talk about! I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends from church and of course, playing volleyball! During my sophomore year I unfortunately had to switch schools mid year and due to the WIAA's rules that sadly kept me from playing varsity this school year. I was really disappointed because I know I could have contributed to the team, but I made the best of my time on JV1. Playing at a lower level gave me the courage to step outside of my comfort zone a bit and step up and lead and encourage my teammates. This was a great experience for my personal growth as a teammate and athlete. While I enjoyed my team this year, I am really looking forward to crushing it on varsity next year and can't wait for club season to start so I can continue to grow as both a teammate and athlete. I look forward to hopefully continuing my volleyball journey in college where ever God may lead me.
