Rett Veith '24 Recruiting Profile

Cheer is my main priority and I expect to be part of my life for a long time. I intend to pursue a career in coaching cheer along with fitness and nutrition coaching. I currently coach swimming and ninja warrior gymastics at the gym where I trained in tumbling prior to coming to Premier for All Star cheer. I am applying now to coach at Premier. I have been coaching since I was 9 years old, starting on my YouTube channel. I want to continue growing that. I won the coach's award on my swim team and my middle school cheer team due to my strong character, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever I can. I am a kind-hearted person to others yet I am hard on myself, always wanting to improve and be the best. I apply that same level of expectation to anyone I am coaching, expecting them to be motivated to improve. I do not enjoy coaching in a more daycare type setting, I thrive on competition and being the best you can be. I enjoy studying the body, weight-training, fitness, and nutrition and sharing what I learn with others to help them improve their physical and emotional wellness. I would like to formalize my personal studies in college and obtain a degree that will help foster a career that allows me to pursue my passions and help others. I believe this sets me apart from others as my passions and my education and career pursuits all play into my outward demonstration of this...cheer!
