Hello! My name is Rebekah. I am a senior at Barbers Hill High School in Mont Belvieu, Texas. I'm excited about the opportunity to cheer at the collegiate level. I was homeschooled from 3rd to 7th grade so that I could train artistic gymnastics. I reached level 9 regionals qualifier in 2019. I re-entered public school in 8th grade (2019-2020), and the year was cut short by COVID-19. I worked very hard to readjust to the public school format, and I'm proud of the year-to-year improvement shown on my transcript. I currently work for a gymnastics academy where I teach 5 to 10 year-old girls basic vault, bars, balance beam, and floor skills.
My gymnastics career opened up an opportunity for me to cheer in high school where I found my passion on the varsity squad. I'm a fast learner, coachable, competitive athlete, and look forward to pursuing my dream of cheering in college.
