Victoria Rood '17 Recruiting Profile

When I started to play field hockey I knew that nothing could possibly get in my way of becoming the best player I could be. I am extremely committed to play field hockey at the collegiate level. I am also very excited to learn more and more about the sport and not only grow as an athlete but also a person. Field hockey has taught me many things about becoming a young woman and a student-athlete and continues to teach me every day. As a starting captain this year, I lead my team through wins and losses alike and continue to learn from my team and grow from them as well as with them. I am willing to play where ever a coach needs me and am always willing to learn.  I'm very excited to be starting a new year with with new team mates if you'll have me! Thank you so much!
