Sofia Abraham '24 Recruiting Profile

I joined my middle school field hockey team in 7th grade and by the end of our season, I was in love with the game. I would do every clinic, training, and practice I could get my hands on and I constantly wanted to get better. I quickly started training with my local and highly competitive club team, Rush Elite. Knowing I want to play at the collegiate level I’ve focused on increasing my physical and mental toughness, as well as my overall mindset.  Whether that be waking up at 5 am to do strength training before school or running with the cross country team to increase my endurance, I am always working to be a more successful player.
