My fall field hockey film as a Goal Keeper which makes me a better attack player - Zanetti Ashley 2024 - YouTube
I want to further my academic and athletic career in college.
I’m now a rising senior and 17 years old. I have strength and understand tactics of the game. I’m a two-varsity sport athlete in a very strong programs that won a state championship and regionals in the last 4 years. I study hard and currently have a 3.3 GPA. I’m at a new High School on a new team with a new coach. (I attended a public middle school) I’ve shown I can learn and grow in a new environment quickly. My high school transition was hard with COVID-19 and most of the athletes on the same club team and school team for 8 years together. I’m coachable and have confidence. I play attack on the Varsity Lacrosse Team and have a 90% SOG and the goalie on a national ranked field hockey team. This spring our team is 12-3. This fall, I will play lacrosse on Saturdays & Sunday’s and Field Hockey Monday thru Friday. It's Important to me to belong to a team that is inclusive to everyone and a coach that supports me playing multiple supports. I will add another sport my senior year this winter make me a triple sport athlete.
I work at Panera Bread after my sports practices during the week and on weekends to have spending money for food and movies with my friends. My parents expect me to work and pay for my social activity outside of school.
I have been a starter for the Varsity Lacrosse Team since my Freshman year and play the position of attack and can fill in for a Draw. I scored the first team goal in the district play offs against the number 2 team in the state. One of my highlight videos demonstrates my strength to score 8 meters away.
What I bring to my team is my size, work ethic, and core strength. I’m a multiple sport athlete and also play field hockey goalkeeper on a top ranked Nationally high school & club ranked team. I decided, I want to play lacrosse in college at the next level and would consider both at a high academic college. I'm also a former swimmer and will pick-up a winter sport to fully enjoy my senior year of high school.
I have demonstrated that I can handle 20 hours plus a week playing two sports simultaneously and maintained my grades which is a D-1 level commitment.
I come from a family of athletes. My sister committed and played D-1 and my Dad played football for a top program as tight end.
