My mom was told early on that I was probably born without the necessary decoding skills to do well in school. I was also told that I may be lacking in basic skills when it comes to field hockey. Lacking in basic skills both on and off the field doesn't define me. I am a high honor roll student, true team leader, natural athlete and fierce competitor. My next goal is to play very competitive field hockey in college. All I need is one chance to show you what I've got.
