My name is Maya Costanza and I am a senior in high school from Rochester, New York. I have played for my high school’s varsity team for three years, and have been a captain for the past two. I won an All League First Team Award last year. I consider myself a versatile player, because I have strong shots and goal-scoring abilities, but I can also play more of a defense/defensive mid position. I communicate well on the field and consider myself an effective leader. I value connections with my teammates and strive to help create a positive atmosphere for everyone. I love field hockey and am working hard to continue my passion for the game through college!
