Kaycie Andrew '12 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Kaycie Andrew. I am a senior at Lehighton Area High School in Lehighton Pennsylvania. I also play for First Class Field Hockey which is a club team. I am coached by Lamar Long.   I used to be coached by Shawn Hindy who is now the assistance coach at Michigan State. 
 I am 5 foot 0 and 100 pounds. I have a natural speed which helps me outrun my opponents to get me one on one with the goalie. Some accomplishments of mine include, Mountain Valley Conference Runner up, District XI runner up and State Final 8. More include Mountain Valley Conference champions, District XI champions, State Champs,  Mountain Valley Conference Champs, District XI champs, State Finalist, Mountain Valley Conference semifinalist and District XI semifinalist.  My club accomplistments includes, Festival Pool I champions, and NITs runner up. 
I offer leadership, I may have not been a captain but I have a good eye for the game.  Having a good eye makes me have good skills.  I am very passioniate about the game of field hockey which drives me to do good things and play at a collegiate level. 
I am looking for a school that ofers athletic training or phyiscal therapy.  I want to help people as much as I can. I am hoping to a school at a division 2 or 3 level but that will also help me to keep improving my skills.  I will be applying for scholarships and for the FAFSA.  I am looking for a school that I can play for all 4 years, play as a freshman but also play at a good competition level.
