My name is Toron Morten and I am a 16-year-old Junior at Central High School. I live in Phenix City, AL with my two parents and I have two older siblings. I discovered my love for football at a young age when I began playing little league football at age four and I have not stopped ever since.
Football is a major part of my life but I have not failed at focusing on my academics first. This year I was in the top ten percentage of my high school class and received special recognition for my academic achievements. This was a proud moment for me because I was able to reach new levels in football while still receiving academic honors during my first year in high school.
My goal in life is to play professional football and after I retire, take on a career in the broadcast journalism world. My love for people, being the face of a positive organization and delivering important messages to major audiences can be accomplished by me getting my degree in broadcast journalism in college. I also want to make sure that I never forget to give back to the people that encourage me to achieve my goals and help me stay focused. My dream is to succeed at all my goals and always remain humble while doing it. Even after I reach my goals, I will continue to work hard and always give my all.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Please take a few minutes to review my 2013 varsity football highlights, which I have started. I will continue to make updates to my highlights along the way. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2142288/toron-morten
