Joshua Maio '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Maio. I am 17 years old and in the eleventh grade. I am part of the G.W. Long Senior Beta club, and also a B.A.S.I.C ( Brothers and sisters in Christ) club leader. I want to be able to contribute to a winning program not just on the field but also in the classroom. I am a great candidate for a competitive team because of my character, work ethic, and leadership skills. I am coachable and willing to put forth the time and effort to accomplish the team's goals and my individual goals. I pick up new concepts quickly, I am studious, and can memorize playbooks quickly. I made a 27 on the ACT in 10th grade, and waiting on April ACT test scores now. I am a force on the football field not just because of my physical tools but also because of my ability to read and react. I love the game of football, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to get to the next level.
