Personal Statement
I am very determined to be a success in football. I have continued to improve my abilities through constant weight training, plyometrics, speed training, camps, off-season scrimmaging. I work out with the team and I work out at home to make sure I improve. I also participate in track (110 m hurdles and 300 hurdles) to improve my speed and leg strength. I always know that I can improve and I take information and advice from my coaches and trainers to heart. I am different from other recruits because I am never satisfied with how I play or practice. My coaches have put me in other positions and my goal is to always be the best wherever I play. I know that to be the best requires a non-wavering dedication for improvement.
To be a good athlete also includes being a good person and an educated person. Respect for my coaches, teammates, peers and family are one thing I take pride in. I work hard not only in sports but also with my grades.
I will always work and give 110%.
