Matthew Edwards '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Matt Edwards.  I am in my senior year at Campo Verde and am in my fourth year playing football for the team. In my junior year I was awarded 1st team and all state honorable mention.  Football has become a great passion of mine and it is my goal to continue playing at the college level and possibly go on to play professionally. I also intend to major in Business and minor in Broadcasting while going to school. I started playing football on the advice of my Junior High wrestling coach who thought I might like it. I am so glad that I listened to him because, I have grown to love the game as well as the unity of being part of a team. My team has become like part of my family. I am looking for a school where I can continue to grow as a player as well as become  a responsible, productive member of society.
