Cordell Killingsworth '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello to All,

I want to start off saying it’s a pleasure to be a part of the NCSA, I've learned a lot about my craft through this organization. I live in Tucson Arizona, I originally come from St. Louis MO. I started playing football in the second grade, I believe I was 8 years of age. My parents are the biggest influences of my life, both are very strong individuals.  I became interested in football, because I love to run.  Playing football I've learned to never give up, to be patient, and be smarter than opponent.  I strive to keep the highest GPA I can possibly make, my Major in college will be architecture and it takes a lot of knowledge to do that field. 

I've faced many obstacles to get where I'm at today, growing up I didn't always have the drive to play.  But I never gave up, I kept going and eventually it all start becoming clearer.  I start doing stuff on the field that turned heads and the game became funnier.  My freshman year was my coming out year, I dominated. My sophomore year was a transfer year for me I did not play much, but the time I did get I showed why I deserved to play. I always have and always will be a team player.  I have plenty of hours of community service under my belt, I recently just help build a home for a low-income family and participate with the boys and girls club.

I'm learning to be a great leader, I do more leading by example than anything. My work ethic is second to none, I go hard it's the only way I know.  I'm very coachable, I pay attention to all directions.  I'm quite and spend more time listening, but my passion for this is unmatched.  A team will be getting a highly dedicated player, who strive for greatness.  Also, my other passion is Track and Basketball, but my number one sport is Football!
