Each day I work at getting better at some part of myself so that I can help; my family, my parents, my team, my school, my community and myself. To do this requires discipline, hard work and self sacrifice and that is the challenge. I have been given physical and mental gifts from God and my family. How I choose to use and grow these gifts is up to me and my goal is to do the most I can with the gifts I have been blessed.

- ActivitiesSchool Leadership Position - "Prior". Richard is one of 12 leaders in the school selected by the teachers and administration and voted on by the student body. Richard is the first Junior to be elected to this Priory leadership position. Richard is responsible for managing 10 other student leaders (Assistant Priors) in the instruction of the priory groups for a freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior class (total of 130 students). The "priory" program is about teaching students about Servant Leadership and life skills.
