In my past seasons I have been team captain because of what I bring to the team. I am a passionate and positive player. I am the first one to have your back (on and off the field) and the first one to set an example of hard work and dedication. When I am a part of a team I strive to be the best teammate possible and to lead by example.
My dream for several years has been to play for a great university team and to make that team better because I am on it. Eventually I realized that to make my dream come true I would have to work hard, work consistently, and overcome obstacles along the way. Every day I push myself to be the best person and the best athlete that I can be. I strive to work harder and learn more than anyone else because I want to prove that I have what it takes to be great and to prove the nay-sayers wrong!
My parents are my greatest cheerleaders. I want to make them proud in the classroom and on the field.
