Angel Silva '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello to coaches and those reading my name is Angel Silva, I am currently a Senior at John C Fremont High School and plan to be able to play at the next level. I'm a multisport athlete with Wrestling and Football. I may not be the biggest or strongest, but I have heart and give everything I have to my team and those around me. I keep my focus and try my absolute best in everything I do. My goals and aspirations are to be able to play my sport at the next level and be able to show those around me what I am capable of, I will give all my effort to someone who gives me a chance and won't slack off one bit. I am fully committed to the sports I do and want to be able to achieve bigger things. I can be a good candidate because of my commitment, I see how some of my teammates and players don't have heart or passion for the sport and much rather be there to look good standing there doing nothing for their team. I was allowed to play with great players along with great coaches as well. If they didn't need or want me they could have replaced me, I won't let opportunities such as that go to waste and give them my full commitment along with my devotion and time. What makes me different from other recruits is that I won't let emotions and selflessness get in the way of what is better for the team and coaches. I also won't give you half credit for everything I do, I will give my 100% for everything regardless of how grueling it is to me. I am also liked by a majority of my teachers and coaches for my effort and commitment whether that be in the classroom, field, or on a mat. I may not be the most athletic person or smartest but I do try my best and give it my all, in all aspects of life. Thank you for your consideration in reading this.
