I am a student-athlete in my senior year. I play football, soccer and baseball. Football is my favorite sport and I hope to play at the collegiate level. I am a leader on and off the field, and am a great teammate. One of the things I feel is the most important in making a championship team is how well the players get along and are able to create a type of chemistry. I always work hard on the field as well as in the classroom. I understand that if you cannot perform in the classroom, you will not be able to do so on the field. I especially have to perform in the classroom because I play three sports. During freshman, sophomore, and junior year, I played football (LS, C), varsity soccer (GK), and baseball (1st, 3rd). Junior year, our team went to the semi-finals for D2 NCS. I received Honorable Mention for our league as a center. This year our team went 9 and 3, losing in the quarter finals. It was a great year, and I loved being a captain on this amazing team. I received second team all-league honors this year as a center. Over the last two years I have been training to receive my pilots license. Learning to fly has taught me discipline and decision making. While I am not a straight A student, I am taking challenging classes and always strive to do the best that I can do in class. I have found that it is best to ask for help when you need it and have improved my grades by doing this. I am a great candidate as a recruit as I am highly coachable and extremely motivated.
