Reagan Soliz '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Reagan Soliz, and I am a senior at Martin Luther High School, in Riverside, CA. I have a 4.2 GPA.  MLK football is in the Big VIII with nationally ranked teams.

My educational goals are to pursue an undergraduate degree in business in administration, followed by a graduate degree in business from a top business school.

My athletic goals are to continue to play football in college.  I only began playing football in high school as a freshman, I was undersized and had asthma, only playing in a few plays as OL. As a sophomore, I tried out as a linebacker and worked my way to a starting position.  In my junior year, I began working with a private coach before the pandemic but had to stop for several months.  I later began training during the offseason with former Dallas LB Will Smith to start as both LB and guard for the late 2021 season.  In my senior year, I trained 4 hours every day with Coach Will (coach in the training film), began playing in 7-on-7s on Saturday, and then went to regular football practice. Coach Will has taught me to become a student of the game and love football.  I am dedicated and hardworking.

With the completion of my senior season, I will return to training with Coach Will, focusing on speed and strength training and attending 7-on-7 when they begin.  My goals are to weigh 200 pounds, bench 280 and run a 4.5 40 yard dash by graduation.
