Kade Unberhagen '21 Recruiting Profile

I've overcome alot. Being raised by a single mom I know the meaning of perseverance and hard work. My real dad left when I was too little to really remember. All I know is he was a good athlete, running track for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. My dream is to hopefully one day have him turn on the TV one Saturday and see me playing football living out a dream and see the man I've become.  If given the opportunity I'm a hard worker with determination and grit to get the job done. I won't act like everything's been perfect; I struggled with myself my freshman year not in sports because that's always been my outlet.  I've been working hard ever since. I just need a chance to prove myself.  I've been named captain in several sports, I know how to lead and motivate my teammates.  I'm hardest on my self and work hard to fix what I do wrong. Put me wherever you need me and I can play it. I would love the opportunity to work hard to help build up a program or keep a program great.
