Personal Statement
I have been playing football since I was five years old. Since first stepping on the field, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level. Playing in college is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life.
I am always improving my skills and training to get bigger, faster, and stronger. I am a team leader who tries to lead by example while encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest-working players and recruits you’ll find.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a solid GPA. I also volunteer at Food for Thought, a Denver-based non-profit striving to eliminate childhood hunger. On Friday mornings, I pack "Powersacks" for students to take home to their families for the weekend.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the football field. I am open to all options and want to find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I want to become a great role model to all my peers and make my parents proud.
