Jermaine Dennis '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jermaine Dennis Jr, and I am the definition of a student-athlete. I am a rising sophomore graduating class of 2026 at Thomas County Central High School. I have been an A/B Honor Roll student since I have been able to attend grade school. Not only am I an A/B honor roll student, but I am also a dual athlete. I have the gift of playing two sports basketball and football. I have been playing football for seven years. I started playing football when I was old enough to play flag football league with my age group at seven years old. Since then I have grown to love the sport and take every opportunity to play to make me better!  I started to grow a love of playing basketball when my parents bought me my first goal at eight years old. Since then I have played on several community teams and AAU teams for both sports. A lot of people underestimated me at the ages of seven and eight years old because I was the youngest on the team. That seemed to only motivate me more! Playing these two sports has allowed me to show my dedication to being a student-athlete. Not only do I excel in the classroom, but I also excel on the football field and the basketball court. I work every day to be the best student-athlete I know I'm going to be. No days off!
