Christopher Allen '12 Recruiting Profile

Greetings Coaches & Recruiters, Allow me to briefly introduce myself, Chris (LC) Allen; I'm currently 6'0" 165lbs & growing. I played OLB my Freshman & Majority of my Sophomore Year, & Moved to Strong Safety at towards the end of my sophomore year, so that I can properly prepare at a position that better fit my Size during my college career. I take football seriously & have played the Game since I was 8yrs old coached by my Dad. At this time, I am purposely a 3 sport athlete, to include wrestling to help bolster my Tackling Technique & mental toughness, and Track & Field (Hurdles & High Jump) to increase my Stamina & Game Speed. I focus hard on my personal technique and individual skills, to ensure that I am a huge asset for my team. Another strength of me being a 3 sport Student-Citizen Athlete & ACE Engineering Mentor Program, it helped me to learn how to balance my time while staying constantly busy Training, and maintaining a healthy GPA. This will have me well prepared for the rigors of being a College Student-Citizen Athlete. I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of engineering. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on special teams, while earning a position at the Safety Spot.
