Hello, my name is Jaren Smith. I am currently in my Junior year of high school at Joliet Central High School. It has been a goal of mine to go to college to learn more about Technology, and to become an even better athlete so I have a chance of achieving my dream of playing in the NFL.
I believe I am a good candidate for a team because I follow directions to the best of my ability. If I can't do something, I always ask for help. Another reason why I believe I am a good candidate for a team is because I am open to trying new things. I will play any position a coach asks me to for the sake of myself and the team.
I believe what makes me different from other recruits is my personality. I believe I am an easy going kid, who is willing to put in the hard work every day to be successful. In terms of athletics, I'm a firm believer of the basics because I believe being good at the basics will get you somewhere no matter what I try to do in life. Lastly, I believe compared to many athletes, I am good at managing my school work along with being on the field.
