Personal Statement

Playing football for a collegiate program is the main goal I'm pursuing. Excelling in the classroom is my top priority because I've learned to understand that I need to achieve the best grades I possibly can in order to be successful anywhere I end up going in life. I grew up playing football since I was 5 and I would like to continue pursuing that path because I have a passion for the game. The love I have for the game is so remarkable that I would like to attend a college where I can continue playing football and work to achieve a degree at the same time. I have always been a student athlete first, I put my grades before anything else so I can be successful in school. Being a student-athlete has taught me hard work and perseverance. Over the years I have learned how to work very hard on and off the field, which is why I value being a student-athlete so much. Other than being a team first sport, football is a learning experience and I have 13 years of it. I know that I can bring a strong work ethic and leadership to any team I end up playing for. I have a lot of confidence in my game and faith in my team, having a positive attitude and determination can lead to success for a team. I never give up on a play and I always keep my head up, because I know that there is no lead that is to surmountable for a comeback. Therefore, I play this game with a tremendous amount of heart and I leave everything that I have out onto that field every time I play. I don't take anything for granted and I make the absolute most of any opportunity I am given. I work extremely hard, giving it my all in the classroom, at practice, and in games. Other than my athletic ability, I can ensure you that I will give 110% no matter what it is that I am doing and I will contribute success along with outstanding performances that can be a difference maker for your program.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
