My collegiate goals and aspirations is to attend a college/university that fits my academic and athletic goals which includes a full scholarship. My main academic goal is to earn a degree in Physical Therapy. But while earning my degree, play the best sport in the world (football) at a awesome college/university where I can display my talents and abilities. I also want to educate myself on and off the field so I continue to perfect my skills in football. To accomplish this, I must be in the correct football program for me. Also, I definitely would like to play pro football in the future, which will require like anything else hard work and dedication.
I'm a great candidate to be on the team because, I put in work even when others have ended their official practice and training. I also understand there are many people that are good. But what makes a person great at anything is you must be willing to do what others are not willing to do. This is the #1 reason why I'm a great candidate for your team and this is what makes me different from other recruits. When you have this type of passion there is no other option but to succeed, the only outcome is to win. People give themselves too many options. Don't get me wrong, options are good. But sometimes there only needs to be one option, which is to succeed. To do this you must put in the work and turnaround and put in more work.
When you have this work ethic, it definitely spills over into your academics. I always push myself to improve my grades, even if it is a subject that is challenging. I pull my resources together so I can succeed academically. Having this type of work ethic makes me who I am. My character has been built on this attribute (working hard). I've seen my parents work hard to build what they have from nothing into something. My mom is an over achiever she has a total of 5 degrees (1 Associate Degree/1 Bachelor Degree/3 Master Degrees). My mom had me when she was teenager, but she didn't let her circumstances stop her. My grandmother has a Master Degree and PHD including my aunts and cousins. They all came from the inner city of Chicago. Witnessing the accomplishments of my family members drive me even the more. In addition, working hard builds good character. I'm very positive person and bring great energy, who also enjoy helping people to reach their goals. Finally, you must treat people they way you want to be treated. Having compassion for people is definitely who I am.
