Growing up my life was surrounded by sports I was in baseball, basketball, and soccer I found myself always in a car going some place far. But some people say sports are just games, but to me sports have a deeper meaning and purpose. I find myself learning from each aspect of a game understanding new ways to better myself whether it be on the field, court, or wherever I may be. I know that in the end I can say I have done all these spectacular things in these sports, but at the end of the day I really want to say I grew as a person each time I played. My maturity has risen in the recent years and I have a lot of people to thank for that. In my eyes sports are simply ways for people to better themselves in competitive, intense, and heated battles. You may win or lose a game but you always come out with a victory when you hold your head high and can I say I gave it your all. Just come back the next day and work harder than yesterday.
