Personal Statement
I am the the oldest of 5 children and have a been taught the importance of family, honesty, and integrity from two wonderful parents. Throughout my life I have had to learn to compromise, be supportive and to serve as a role model for my younger siblings. I believe that this experience has prepared me for anything that comes my way, including the discipline that it will take to play football and earn high grades at the next level.
In college, my goals are to graduate with honors while playing football at a high level, and potentially go to dental or medical school. I would be a great addition to your team because I will do what is necessary to raise our level of play. I am very dedicated to practice, lifting, and other team activities, and am extremely coachable. I have always been a positive person and interact very well with others. I tend to lead by example and bring energy and enthusiasm to every practice/game in which I am involved. What I believe sets me apart from other athletes is that I have played 3 sports while maintaining a very high GPA, communicate well with my coaches on and off the field, and have the inner-drive to work and get better at whatever I am doing.
