Broden "Brody" Carls '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Broden "Brody" Carls.  Jersey #72.  I am a senior year at Pana High School in Pana, Illinois.  I am 6'5 and 250 lbs. currently, 18 years old, and working to only get bigger and stronger, to be ready for the next level.  While in Pana High School I have been a starter since my sophomore year, I play both sides of the ball, I have received the Leadership Award, "Our team" goes to the Playoffs every year, and  I am one of the Co-Captains.  This could not all be done and accomplished without the help of my teammates!!  I live in the weight room, watch game tape, and train with Core 6 in Chicago, Illinois in the off season.  My ultimate dream is to play in college, somewhere.  I just want to play ball and get my education paid for, by doing the one most important thing I love....FOOTBALL!  Not ever let my team or coach down and achieve greatness.  I want to study Criminal Justice, get a degree, and become a cop.  "Small Town, Big Time"...that is where I was fortunate enough to get my start, at playing football, and where football is a tradition.  I  have also coached 5th & 6th grade JFL for the past 2 years.  I have had 4 years of JFL, 4 years of high school, and my ultimate goal...4 years of college ball.  Number 1 rule... is to never forget my place on the team!!!!
