During my college career, I plan to excel in my classes while balancing the necessities of a student athlete. I want to play football in college not only for the game itself, but to guarantee myself an education at a lower price. To me, football is a means to an end (a college education) and a sport that I feel has taught and will continue teaching me about myself and those around me. Being a student at the upper part/top of my class for my entire schooling career has instilled in me a sense of respect and self-motivation, and I understand that any coach is my superior and is to be treated as such. Any input given to me, compliment or criticism, will be heeded as I know they will only make me better, and I am willing to do whatever a coach needs of me.
