Being introduce to football I was able to find my way in connecting with people on different levels. Playing varsity football as a Freshman equipped me with the skills of becoming a better athlete. Football taught me more than just the sport; I developed skills I’m able to use throughout life in general. This sport has been my passion for many years.
In understanding there are several qualified applicants; my size, strength and durability will make me an asset to any football program/team. Being coachable, accountable and the willingness to become better keeps me mentally prepared for the sport.
I once read “the greatest gift you can give yourself is to find something you’re naturally adept at and figure out a way to make a living at it.”
Even if football isn’t my destiny having the ability to use football to open other doors for me that within itself is moving uphill toward success.
