I have been playing football for the past 4 years, I am truly passionate about this sport and it has always been a goal of mine to make a career out of doing something I love. As a football athlete it is important to have and display integrity, dedication, and respect which are all qualities I have.
What sets me apart from other recruits in academics is that I am the first one in my family to continue my education and earn a college degree. I also have maintained a 3.5 gpa and have been taking honors classes since I entered high school. I take my academics very seriously and have made sure to maintain perfect attendance in order to avoid straying behind in any way. My attendance also speaks for my character, I will always show up when necessary along with being on time and ready to perform the needed task at hand. Being 6’3 and over 250 pounds, my skills on the field have always been admired by coaches and teammates. Despite all the admiration, I have consistently remained humble and been the person on the team anybody can count on for help or support rather it’s about football or not. I’ve never let my emotions get the best of me, and respect those around me from coaches to players on opposing teams.
