Alexander Sanz '12 Recruiting Profile

I am Alex and I am a foreign exchange student from Austria and live in Downs, Kansas until June 27, 2011. I started playing football when I was 11 years old. I played 5 seasons in Austria (as a starter)..and played at Lakeside in Fall 2010. In Austria I started in every game for 5 years and was a captain for 4 years. Back in Austria I was feared for my speed and explosiveness and was one of the best runningbacks from my country. When I set a goal I will do everything to achieve it.. I am looking for a Division 2 Team, which is interested in an "Allround Player", because I can play half back, full back, wide receiver, punt returner and kickoff reurner. As an exchange student it is very hard to get involved in a new team within a few weeks, so I did not get as much playing time as I expected. By the way my host brother Miles Thomas was the starting runningback who is already in touch with some Division 1 coaches, so it was not easy to get a starting spot..but I was the fastest guy on the team and surprised many people with my speed. I can assure that no coach would regret looking at me and giving me the chance to show what I got. I know everything about the game and have a lot of experience.
