Growing up in a family of Farmers and helping my Grandaddy since I was knee high to milk the cows or in the tobacco field was my early start in what it means to me to work hard for what you want. Since I was just a young boy I always loved the sport of Football and couldn't wait for the next season to roll around. After moving into Middle School and now High School I have learned that this is more than a seasonal sport. Football has become a passion of mine and my desire to get better and help my teammates get better is what I work everyday for. From spring practices to fall camp to summer and winter weight lifting the sport of football is now a year round commitment for me.
My parents have also taught me that academics and athletics go hand in hand. My commitment to football doesn't stop on the field or in the weight room, but extends to the classroom. I want to find the right college that will challenge me on the field as well as in the classroom so I can pursue all my dreams even outside of football. For this reason I feel I would be a tremendous asset athletically to your football program and academically to your college or university.
