My name is Jake Saathoff. I am part of the class of 2019 at Christian Academy of Louisville in Louisville, KY.
I play Tight End and Defensive End for Christian Academy. I transferred here last year after playing my freshman and sophomore years at North Oldham High School as starting Varsity Quarterback and Linebacker. My decision to switch schools was based on my desire to get the highest quality coaching and experience to help me get to the next level. Due to the Kentucky High School Athletic Association transfer rules, I was ineligible to play most of my Junior year. Although this was a very difficult decision, I believe it was the right one for me in pursuit of a college football career. I was eligible to play and started on Varsity in the last game of our regular season and 4 playoff games, taking us to the state semi-finals. I am starting Varsity Tight End and Defensive End this year. We just finished our regular season undefeated!
