Personal Statement

I am a two-year varsity starter at Central High School. I was named 1st Team All District based on my performance in 2014. I led my team in tackles, sacks, as well as tackles-for-loss. We didn't make the playoffs this year but we were District Champs the 6 years prior to that.I have been playing football since 5 and would love the opportunity to play for your school while earning a Degree in Business Management or some branch of Engineering. I truly love the game! I welcome the opportunity to continue to learn and grow with your organization.

At Central we primarily ran a 4-2-5 defense. I started primary at will Linebacker my coaching staff thought I was too athletic to play mike. Games where the offense would go into a a empty back field instead of bringing down the free safety I would just go and cover the number three receiver. In certain packages we ran I was used as a linebacker/strong safety outside the box.  I was the primary play caller for the defense. I made the coverage call with the check of the free safety and I made the line strength call. I was a force that never stopped, as you can see in my highlight tape.

I appreciate your time and consideration and would love the opportunity to speak with you personally. I now realize the importance of education and plan to work hard and give this next phase of my life 100% on and off the field.  My direct phone number is (225) 333-1521 and my email address is [email protected].

Again, Thanks for your time!

Kris

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
