Deandre Byrd '18 Recruiting Profile

After much discussion and prayer with my family, I have decided to attend Deerfield Academy as a Post Graduate student in the Fall of 2017 and now be in the recruiting class of 2018,

I am a 6'1 Linebacker from Lawrenceville, Georgia. I have started on Varsity all four years of high school. I earned 1st Team All-Region 2A my sophomore year and 1st Team Defense 7A my senior year.  I was named  Gwinnett County Touchdown Club October 2016 Defensive Player of the Month and selected to play on the Gwinnett County All-Star Team and Georgia Athletic Coaches Association North-South All-Star Team my senior year. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of Business/Finance.  Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team; however, I am willing to learn and grow.
