During my sophomore year, I was playing backyard football with my friends when I made one of them fumble three times in one games. They told me I would be a good linebacker and fast forward one year later, I am the starting OLB for my high school's varsity football team. During that year I immediately fell in love with the game, from the little things like Kit Kat Death Race to the big ones like Friday Night Lights or the Thanksgiving Game vs Our Rival, I knew I wanted to play past high school. On my team I am known for being a very hard working player and am also known for executing the philosophy of Iron Sharpens Iron, which means I give my teammates a realistic look so it prepares them for the upcoming game the best I can. Inside the locker room, I am very well respected not only for what I've done as a player in such a short amount of time, but as a person. Younger kids have come to me looking for advice and I believe my job is to guide them the best I can not only through their football careers but as kids getting through high school. Athletically, I came into our school program, killing it at the combine, placing top 5 in every category there was for my class. Academically, I would say I am an above average student and my teachers see me as outgoing and someone that will help without being asked.
