Growing up in a large family. I've grew up always taking part in different sports. As well as different activities because of my older siblings. Sports and staying active has always been a major part of my childhood.
At an early age I learned to advocate for myself. Because being one of nine kids. You have to be able to speak up for yourself.
My parents always gave us the most information about whatever situation I was facing in my life.
Then they expected me to make the choice that I felt was best for me. I've been my on advocate for a long time.
It's one of my best qualities is understanding what I need to put me in the best position to succeed.
At first I wasn't going to pursue football or college. I wanted to join the military (like my dad).
But after sitting down with my parents. I believe I have plenty of time for the military. After I'm finished with college.
I'm hoping to use my grades and sports to get into a good "Sports Medicine program." It is sports Medicine or culinary arts. No matter what I decide I'm very excited, to see what the next stage of my life is going to be like.
