Personal Statement

Hello Coaches,

I have played football since i was 5 years old. I am extremely focused, I have 3.9 - 4.0 GPA (all honors/AP coursework) and am a leader on the field. I have a positive frame of mind and I push that positivity to my teammates. I am also very humble and i treat everyone with respect.  And I don't buy into the hype (when people throw it at me).  I know I can always get better.  I am NEVER satisfied with my performance.

I have had great success as a Quarterback having won 4 youth championships, the 2021 Legacy 7v7 state championship (36 TD passes and zero interceptions) and the 2021 "Rocky Top" tackle football tournament (played against teams from multiple states).  In addition, I was proud and honored to win the 2021 Legacy “QB Selection Showcase” First place - class of 2025. 160 quarterbacks from multiple states attended this event.

My high school (Anchor Bay, MI) has not had much success, but I believe that is about to change. We have a great coach, and I am poised to be the starting QB from here on out (I was the starting JV QB in 2022). Anchor Bay will put our league on notice!  I can't wait for next season, and I've already recruited many of my teammates (including the seniors) to work w/ me in the off season. Our success starts now...

Academics:

Football won't last forever.  I am very focused on my education.  I plan to attend a university with a solid engineering or aerospace program.  I wish to pursue an electrical engineering or aerospace engineering degree, and then a Master's in Business Administration so that I can run my own engineering department or company.

Lastly:  I am loyal!  I am not looking to join a championship team... I want to help make one.  If I lose out on the starting position, I will not look to the transfer portal to bail me out.  I will work to get better, period!

The school that believes/invests in me will NOT be disappointed...

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
