I have always loved sports since I was a little kid. I could not wait to play tackle football. I have been driven since I was little to be the best I can be at football knowing that one day I hope to play football in college. I have always been competitive, and I enjoy playing all types of sports. I play intramural basketball, I snowboard, I lift weights, I speed train, play on volleyball teams for charity, anything I can do to be active; I do.
I have learned early on that my performance not only on the field, but off the field, matters. I have made decisions that may not always be the popular ones, but will not put me in a situation where it could impact my future. I know that grades are important, and I have maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher and been on honor roll every semester since 9th grade.
As a Sophomore, I made the varsity football team which does not happen often. I worked hard, listened to my coaches, and earned a starting position over two other Seniors. I had the 4th highest tackle record on the team and earned an Honorable Mention All-District Linebacker award.
I have a goal and that is to play football at the college level. Everything I do is with that in mind.
