Trent Meyer '18 Recruiting Profile

Transferring high schools my senior year impacted my life significantly. It has surrounded me with a more motivating group of peers who challenge me academically and athletically. My coaches and teammates hard work and guidance has influenced me in ways I could never have imagined. At St. Cloud Technical High School I am accomplishing things on and off the field that I would never have been able to prior to moving. Throughout the summer, the strength and condition program I was in with the team was the most intense training I have done in my life, and my weight lifting numbers increased an obscene amount. Also, there are many talented players on my team who are great competitors and have challenged me to improve my game. I happen to be a standout in the classroom as well and my peers and teachers have been helping me strive to reach my full potential in academics as well as athletics. The whole experience of transferring schools and joining a different football team with a different culture has increased my drive and passion to participate in college football at the next level.
