A 5 Star rated Snapper ( one of only 12) , who was selected to the Top 12 camp in Tampa Fl and was named a Top 12 Snapper at the conclusion of the camp after 3 days of competition with the 45 best Snappers in the country. Also one of 20 Snappers in the Nation on the Chris Rubio watch list as the best Long Snapper in the Nation.

- Raines was outstanding at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Tampa, FL. His hands are super quick and the ball really jumps out of the gate well. Never saw him snap a ball over .75 over the three day span. He has done a great job of locking down his spiral to make his ball even quicker to the punter and easier to catch. Snapping with a lot of confidence and is looking like he can snap a ball right now at the next level. His level of handling pressure is excellent and he is always ending up in or near the finals at every single event. His overall improvement, day by day, is off the charts. Don't see him not getting better anytime soon. --- Chris Rubio

- Finished #1 Class 2018 Made Finals in Speed and Accuracy for All Campers - Chris Rubio - "I was very impressed with what I saw of Raines at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in TX. Kid is coming along VERY nicely and headed the right way for a D1 school to pick him in the coming years. At times, he can already dip into the .6s! Consistency of speed and making sure his spiral is locked down will be huge for him moving up the rankings. Trust me when I tell you, keep a close eye on this kid. He could vie for the top spot at VEGAS XXVII."
