I feel that I would be a strong asset to any team due to my drive, attitude, and dedication. I have loved everything about football since I first stepped foot on the field. I have a passion for the game and a love for what the game represents as far as unity, teamwork, and perseverance. Through my years of playing I have leaned the value of hard work, leadership, and discipline and would love the opportunity to demonstrate these to you.
Football is a big part of my life, however I would like to use my talents to not only further my football experience, but also to grow as a student and a person. I would like to pursue a degree in exercise science and work towards becoming a personal trainer with an emphasis in coaching. I would like to use my degree to help and encourage others to reach their full potential and instill the values that my coaches have shown me that have become so instrumental in who I am as a person. I would also like to take every opportunity I can to grow and learn as much as I can while honing my skills and developing new ones.
I believe that the heart of the athlete and the beliefs that drive the individual are what make for an excellent candidate in a team setting. I consider myself to be a hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to accept constructive criticism. I am dedicated to my craft and show this dedication through being flexible and adapting to change in a receptive manner, filling needs as they arise, being open and willing to learn new strategies and techniques, and remining optimistic and encouraging to my teammates even when we are losing or struggling. I believe that leadership is a big part of what makes a team great, and I strive to be a leader on and off the field with my teammates and within the community. I have volunteered my time to not only assist with community youth programs but also to help my community after my town was affected by damaging floods. I am a student of the game and always strive to demonstrate my best attitude and effort. It is these values and my mentality towards the sport itself that make me a strong candidate for your team.
I am aware that there are many recruits seeking your attention, however I know if given the chance I could demonstrate to you how much of a solid attribute I could be. I support not only the mechanics of the game but also the character traits needed to play the game and to be successful. Growing up in a small town has helped me to appreciate the importance of community involvement and giving back my time and energy to help others around me and to encourage the youth following in my footsteps. It has also taught me to stand strong and not become defeated with hardships and troubling times. I have learned how to overcome mental and physical blocks and trials on the field as well as off. I am also dedicated to my education and studies and strive to become the best possible version of myself. I am a person of strong character and high moral values. I demonstrate integrity and respect in every aspect of my life and I hope to demonstrate to you that I am not only a strong player on the field but also a person of impeccable character off the field and through out my life.
