Ethan Andrews,  I am a dedicated and hardworking athlete, is a quiet force to be reckoned with on and off the football field. Though I may not be the loudest voice in the room, my actions speak volumes. My story is of perseverance, resilience, and unwavering commitment to his goals.
Since a young age, I have been driven by a desire to excel. Growing up as a quiet and observant individual, I used these traits to my advantage. I have always been the kind of player who listens, watches, and learns, soaking up knowledge from every experience and using it to better himself.
Throughout my childhood, I am finding myself consistently at the starting point, facing adversity at every turn. This adversity, however, never deterred; instead, it fueled determination. I know what it's like to be overlooked, but also familiar with the sweet taste of success that comes from self-improvement and unrelenting effort. Facing academic struggles has taught me the importance of hard work and dedication in every aspect of life. He has proven that his determination on the field extends beyond the game and into the classroom.
In my sports journey, two influential figures have played a pivotal role. His Head Football Coach, who also happens to be my Stepdad, has instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and teamwork. Another significant influence in his life is his Sparta Coach, who has contributed to his character development and unwavering resolve.
As a three-year starter at Corner Back for Feather River College, I am a testament to dedication and talent. Even in the face of a challenging year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he continued to work hard, demonstrating his commitment to the sport.
In the world of football, as in life, not all leaders are vocal. Being is a prime example of someone who lets his actions do the talking. The journey from starting at the bottom to achieving success is a story of resilience and determination that any team would be fortunate to have. I am more than just a player; he is a testament to the power of quiet determination and hard work, on and off the field.
