I have been playing football since I was in 4th grade it has become such a big part of my life that I don't feel like I would want to live without. Playing collegiate football at a DI or DII level is a huge goal of mine and has been for quite some time. Since I was young my parents have always raised me to work hard. I earned most improved player in 6th and 7th grade, I then missed my 8th grade year because of an injury. After that it became personal to me, I was more dedicated than ever to work harder than my peers and take the extra steps that others weren't willing to take. As of right now, I am a great leader on and off the field, leading by example, and also by working alongside my team to help them be the best they can be. I have a great football IQ as well as great ball carrier vision. I specialize in my aggressiveness and explosiveness through the hole but would consider myself a balanced runner in terms of power and elusiveness. Overall I strive to be the best athlete I can be, and there are many qualities to my game that could benefit any team.
Academically I use that same motivation to get all my work done and keep my grades up. With an academic mindset focused more on math I would like to major in Finance and would be able to balance a sport and college education when/ if that opportunity presents itself. The idea of playing at a collegiate or higher level has been a dream of mine since I was very young. I believe that if nothing else, my competitive nature will push me to be the best version of myself.
