Personal Statement
My name is Phillip Faccone I am 5'9" and currently weigh 220 lbs. I am a Senior at Brick Memorial High School in Brick, New Jersey. I have played Football since I was in 6TH grade and have been the starting Long Snapper for Varsity since Sophomore Year. I earned my letter as a Sophomore as well as an award from my coaches as Practice Player of the Year for 2008. I have never missed one day of practice. Even ill or injured I know my limitations and it was never bad enough to keep me down. School is also very important to me. I take as many honors classes as I can and I know that my school work is important for my future. I am in the top 10% of my class I will continue to keep my grades where they are. Although it is difficult to volunteer or have a job during Football season, in the off season I do volunteer at an Assisted Living Facility and I am a Junior Coach for our Pop Warner Football League. I have a standing job in the Spring as an Umpire for my local Cal Ripken Baseball League. I love playing football and my dream is to play in College. I have devoted myself to the Long Snapping postion and it has become a specialty for me. I have attended the NKS Camp at Monmouth University for the past 3 years and it has helped me to perfect my specialty. I plan on going into a field of Psycology with a Criminology background so that I can perhaps go into the FBI or US Marshalls. I am open to the type of school I am looking to attend. I am a hard worker and I always reach my goals. I look forward to meeting coaches from different colleges that will perhaps be interested in what I can bring to their team.
