My freshman year I broke my leg after being moved up to varsity in the preseason. In our first game against South Plainfield I ended up hurting my leg but I didn't say anything. I didn't think it was broken so I played on it for two more weeks and did all I could do as a freshman in my position. I ended up breaking my leg even more in practice making a move through the whole. Missing the season I've dreamed of playing since I my first touchdown was scored had been taken from me. I always looked forward to playing varsity as a freshman, however the season I lost has only made me realize how much more I want it and how much harder and stronger I have to make my comeback.
