Personal Statement

I have played many sports, including baseball, basketball, lacrosse, and football. My main sports are football and lacrosse, and I have played both at the varsity level since my freshman year in high school.

I have been playing football since I was six years old. I've been fortunate enough to play in many different positions, quarterback, running back, linebacker, and ultimately kicker. Knowing many different positions allowed me to learn the game inside and out. Playing football and being part of a team has helped me grow into today's person.

I push myself on and off the field. I attend football camps and competitions and work 1-1 with kicking coaches and trainers throughout the year with Kohl's Kicking and 5 Star Kicking. I work hard to improve my skills on the field and at the gym to get bigger, faster, and stronger. I am a 2021 3rd Team All-State, 1st Team All-County, 1st Team Divisional All-Conference Kicker, Kohl's 5 Star Kicker, Nationally ranked #28 and 4.5 Star Punter, Nationally ranked #80. Many of my coaches have told me I am a coachable player, countable, inspiring, a leader, and they enjoy having me as a part of their team. I will give my all every time I am on the field, leaving nothing behind and striving for success.

Academically I do the same. I work hard and always strive to do my best, even during tough times. I know how important good grades are, and I take pride in everything I do. I don't shy from reaching out and asking for help when needed; my grades are my future. My unweighted GPA of 3.63, a weighted GPA of 4.3, and I am in the top 27th percent in my class. I am a high honor student and a member of the National Honor Society. I also know the importance of being a kid and enjoy getting involved with school activities outside of sports. I also love volunteering and helping others, especially in our current environment.

I have big dreams and have set the bar high. My goals are to attend a 4-year University. Currently, I am undecided on a major, but there are a few I am kicking around, no pun intended. I want to play football at the collegiate level and kick for the NFL. It won't be easy, but nothing worth wild in life is. I know that I would be an excellent fit for any college academically and athletically, and I hope to be a part of your team.
