Personal Statement
At the age of six, I had my first taste of football. It was fun, exciting, and I met many new friends. I was fortunate enough to be able to play in many different positions, quarterback, running back, linebacker, and ultimately kicker. By knowing all of the different positions, it allowed me to learn the game inside and out.
I push myself on and off the field. I attend football camps during and after the football season, and 1-1 sessions with trainers. I work hard on improving my skills as well as training to get bigger, faster, and stronger. I always try to lead by example and do the right thing, be a leader, not a follower. My coaches over the years have told me that I am a very coachable athlete and they enjoy having me as apart of their team. Academically I do the same. I work hard, and always strive to do my very best. I know how important good grades are and take pride in everything I do.
I have big dreams and have set the bar high. My goals are to major in criminal justice for law enforcement, play collegiate sports, and possibly kick for the NFL. It won’t be easy, but nothing worth wild in life is. I know that I would be a great fit for any college athletically and academically and hope I will be given an opportunity to be considered to be a part of your team.
